There is no booking engine here. Tell the estate your dates and how many you are; everything else, availability, the quote, which of the three houses to open, is settled in a direct conversation with the host.
It is a slower way to book by perhaps a day, and a better one in every other respect: the person who replies is the person who will hand you the keys.

Direct, personal replies from the host, usually within a day. From your first note to the morning you leave, you correspond with the same person: Michael, the owner.
The tariff, printed plainly
The estate is let by the week, seven nights minimum, or four in Low Season. Weekly rates for the North Wing and Guest House, from €1,925 by season, South Wing and larger parties quoted on enquiry.

Availability & a tailored quote
The host confirms availability and replies with a quote tailored to your party and the houses you will need, usually within a day.

A 25% deposit secures your dates
A 25% down payment confirms the reservation, and the dates are yours.

The balance, 45 days before arrival
The remaining balance is due 45 days before you arrive. Saturday is the preferred changeover day.

The estate is yours from 16:00
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 09:00, flexible around flight schedules, subject to availability.
