Availability & a tailored quote
The host confirms availability and replies with a quote tailored to your party and the houses you will need, usually within a day.

A 25% deposit secures your dates
A 25% down payment confirms the reservation, and the dates are yours.

The balance, 45 days before arrival
The remaining balance is due 45 days before you arrive. Saturday is the preferred changeover day.

The estate is yours from 16:00
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 09:00, flexible around flight schedules, subject to availability.
